Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to oversee the successful planning, implementation, and evaluation of our key initiatives. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, tracking progress against goals, and acting as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders. Core Responsibilities
- Operations & Logistics: Plan and execute program activities, coordinate schedules, and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the program meets organizational standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central point of contact for participants, vendors, and partners, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
- Budget & Records: Monitor program expenditures, track budgets, and maintain accurate records of program activities and financial transactions.
- Reporting & Evaluation: Collect and analyze program data to generate progress reports, summaries, and proposals for senior management.
- Communications: Assist in marketing and outreach efforts, including managing social media presence, creating promotional materials, and drafting newsletters.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience or vocational qualifications may be accepted.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or a similar administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel) and project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Organizational Ability: Exceptional time management skills and a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting reports and facilitating team meetings.
- Problem-Solving: A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify risks and escalate issues appropriately.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with grant writing or supporting funding applications.
